Welcome to our beautiful rental property in the heart of La Pointe, Bouchemaine, France. We are a family-run business, deeply connected to this charming region.

Two of our owners, brothers Kevin and Jordy, were raised in Bouchemaine, with Jordy also running a successful local tiling business in Bouchemaine-Angers. Kevin, though living abroad, is happy to be part of this project in an area rich in history and close to his roots. Lise grew up nearby and has always felt at home in this area. Alannah, originally from America, fell in love with Bouchemaine through her family connections.

We chose to purchase and renovate this flat because of its prime location and the special memories it holds for our family. Situated in the heart of Bouchemaine, it is a place where beauty and serenity come together, offering an ideal getaway.

The flat has been newly renovated to provide a comfortable and modern living space while retaining the unique charm of the region. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a long vacation, we hope you will enjoy the tranquility and beauty of our property as much as we do.
